Jana’s passion for hospitality began at a very young age, with the dream of one day owning her own restaurant. Today, that dream is realised at JJ’s.
Hospitality with heart and glamour
A trained sommelier with a love of wine and champagne, Jana is also an excellent cocktail maker and an enthusiastic cook – even preparing dishes she doesn’t eat herself.
Known as a true “feeder,” her legendary hosting skills and Czech glamour have made her a much-loved presence in Woodbridge, where she brings warmth, style and excitement to the town’s dining scene.
